Matt Baila is a world class DJ, spinning 45s, and with 10 years of serving up barista coffee in his own Coffee shop & bar in Swindon, you know you’re in safe hands.

Al is like a modern-day Renaissance man who has cut and pasted himself the ultimate CV: from working in hospitality in the UK and abroad, being a private chef to the rich and famous, to studying architecture (handy when you’ve a shop fit out to do!). But their motivation is very down to earth.
